
I found two offcuts from the corners of a previous linocut. Some little sketches could be tweaked to fit. The test print with an ink pad on a postcard shows there are some angles that need curving.

This drawing has been lying around for ages. Today I added the central figure. The paper has suffered various accidents but it will be ok.
It might look more cold and blizzard-like with a black sky? Originally I was pondering the lack of snow in our future, as well as the unpleasantness of dancing in slush.

We visited the Amgueddfa Werin, (which is now the museum of history?) to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. Unexpectedly saw some dancers and musicians from Brittany, so I have a new source to draw some circular dancing from.
Two small lino blocks (10 x 10cm and 10 x 8cm). I found a battered piece of Japanese paper to test them on, maybe the creases will smooth out later.
